I remember this movie being so popular when I was little. I watched it again for the first time in I can't remember when and the experience filled me with nostalgia. What a wonderful character Mr. Miyagi was in the story. I love this guy. He was a truly great man.

Daniel was a douche and the true villain.

She was the All American girl.

The scene where Daniel goes to her house to pick her up for a date, awkwardly meets her parents, accidentally knocks the brick off, with his mom in the car, then having to push the car down the road because it would not start while her parents watched was wonderfully awful.

I was surprised to learn that Bobby aged so poorly. He seems to have lost that magnificent mane of feathered hair.

You can still see the inner sensitivity in Bobby's eyes, however. He was always the conscience of the Cobra Kais.

Yeah but everyone overlooks he was lazy as shite.

He sucked at his job, never cleaned the pool, was too busy playing around with Bonsai trees to fix a tenant's broken faucet...and then he made Danielle clean and fix up his property while he went fishing.

I clicked this thread apprehensively, waiting for some ridiculous hate. Leaving happy. Have an upvote.

Ali, with an i, first tv girl to make it move. Always & forever.

Side note, whenever Joe Esposito's hit "You're the best" was played on my boom box, my younger brother knew he was about to get his arse kicked.

He absolutely still looks like an a-hole.

Just looked him up, and his name is Chadwick (doomed to be an a-hole) Steven McQueen. Son of Steve McQueen?!?! I never knew that.

Yeah, I pretty much had to leave the house when Enter the Dragon came on.

That's a very common trope for old wise men.

There was a lesser known movie called Palmetto where she is scorching. Leaving Las Vegas as well.
