I knew this guy was fast but I assumed a lot of it was trick photography

No she wouldn't as most UCF fighters wouldn't. A UCF fighting style vs Asian trained fighters is a disaster in the making. I'm friends with a guy who trained who grew up and trained in Asia and teaches advanced personal defense here and he always said "the second some throws a punch or kick from their body, I've won the fight." There's body manipulation in Asian fighting that dwarfs fighting here.
