Russ: "Dad, that tree wouldn't fit in our front yard!"
Clark: "It's not going in our front yard Russ. It's going in our living room."

A classic.
Chase and Quaid together? Forget it!

Can you imagine a "Christmas Vacation 2" with an aging Clark and Eddie and their kids grown up.
(Juliette Lewis, Johnny Galecki).
Maybe infuse some of the new and recent comedy actors...

This has a change of not sucking at all.

However, I don't think this will fly since they are rebooting Vacation.

And the dog - Snots. Enjoys drinking the tree's water and throwing up under the table.

Agreed. I've never liked it that much even as a kid.

One of my favorite things in the world is finding friends and family that somehow have either never seen or never even heard of this movie (yes, such people exist). I will work my schedule around them watching this movie just so I can watch their reactions. It's just friggin priceless

"He's cute aint he? He's got a little Mississippi leg hound in him. You don't want to be wearing short pants around him when the mood catches him. Word of warning though if he does lay into you it's best to just let him finish."

Randy Quaid as Eddie is the GOAT.

I've only seen a very small portion of it.
