Thinking about renting it, it's 99 cents right now on iTunes. I feel like it would have to be an abomination to not be worth a dollar, right?

I'm not sure why, but this movie doesn't interest me in the least.

I was a Steelers fan in the 1970s, so it does interest me. I'm waiting for it to drift over to free streaming somewhere.

Watched it on KODI. It was okay but I probably wouldn't pay to see it. The Mike Webster portion was interesting.

Actually forgot it was Will Smith that was acting.

I broke out of that mindset once, when he was yelling. He did a good job.

So did the ones that played afflicted former players.

I rented it.

I mean the premise was a good one, but jumped around a lot. I felt like it showed when he discovered there was CTE in the brains of football players, then it jumped straight to when he decided to take them head on and failed, then BAM. He's not working on it anymore and eventually gets called by the NFL to speak about concussions.

Just no real story in the middle.

Wouldn't watch it again. Pretty shitty.

I don't get why they didn't include that lady in Boston that really pushed the NFL on this, she has done fantastic work too.

It took me more than half of the movie to get used to his fake Nigerian accent.

Overall, I thought the movie was ok. I went in not knowing exactly what the plot was. I mean the name is concussion and it`s about the fight with the NFL, so I thought it would be a lot more football action.

It wasn't great, but not terrible. I think the football aspect made it more interesting to me.

As an aside, there is no way Will Smith deserved Oscar consideration for that role. I can't believe some people were up in arms about him getting snubbed.

He and his narcissist wife were the only ones up in arms about him not getting nominated. But, now we have to have Oscar quotas because of these horrible people.

And people wonder why their kids are such delusional weirdos.

I started watching it on the plane to Ireland. Here's the gist...football is a violent sport. It can cause effect of CTE on the brain after multiple concussions. If you want your kid to be in a non contact position- be the kicker/punter or go play baseball.

The problem is that they demonize the NFL but the same thing happens in congress everyday with lobbyist trying to suppress information that hurts them and promote a narrative.

It's how the world works. It isn't right. But is what it is. What this coroner did was at least give people an informed choice and for that we thank him.
