I don't see how munching her box is any less straight that normal sex. Although it's implied that they have actual sex too it's just not shown. Not to mention even their professional relationship started when she caught him staring at her arse at the opera. Plus Claire has had like three abortions so her and frank obviously had a lot of sex at some point. Pretty sure he's bisexual, which frankly isn't even that weird for this show

It's actually safe to just assume that all the cut throats in DC are bisexual. Hence, Rachel lives to fight another day
