A really good show worth watching. Pierce Brosnan hosts. The first one about the diamond heist was amazing. All true. The level of work and detail that went into some of them is incredible.

Where is this available to watch? Wish more people would mention that in their posts. With so many streaming options out there, I never know where to begin looking. And google is horribly unreliable for these questions, especially for older shows/movies.

Use Justwatch.com it is good about 95% of the time. Note it is incorrect or I should say incomplete for this show.

the wife and I watched the 1st 2 episodes - great show. after the 2nd we just went - amazing planning and execution, but holy shite they were stupid after.

It's crazy how some of these perfectly planned capers get ruined by dumb luck.
The crew that tunneled into the bank vault got busted because some nerd playing on his HAM radio stumbled into their walkie talkie frequency and then pestered the police to try to stop them when the police didn't really care at first or thought he was just being paranoid.
The diamond heist got busted because some old man walking in the woods stumbled upon some trash and took it upon himself to rummage through the trash looking for suspicious clues and report it to the police. I mean who does that even if you hate litter bugs?
There was also some crazy stuff with the hotel robbery.
Of course all of them seemed to have some very fortunate luck as well.
It looks like they have a few upcoming episodes of crimes that have never been solved. That should be interesting.

Imagine how interesting it would be to know about all the crimes that have been committed that were so brilliant no one even knows they happened.

That was really incredibly stupid. But they all essentially still got away with it.
