Just started watching Hemlock Grove on Netflix and cannot figure out what is going on for the life of me. Does it clear up? Or is it even worth watching?

Could not get through the first episode and that's the only Netflix one I cannot watch.

Of all the episodes...there were only 4 maybe 5 good ones. Hard to believe the mom was Jean Gray from X Men.

I gave up on it after 3 or 4 episodes. Good luck.

I made it through season 1, but quite after a couple of episodes of season 2. At the end of season 1 you have a good idea of what all was going on, but it takes that long for everything to be revealed.

It's a shame really because at the end of season 1, you realize that the show has potential. Their take on vampires and werewolves are pretty good, but it just stalls, but it just drags on for way too long. I was hoping season 2 would be different, but it seems to drag on even more.

It seems like this show has been coming up a lot lately. Here goes again...

It really isn't very good imo. I watched the whole damn thing. Story, acting, and dialogue are all ridiculous and bizarre. That said something about it being pulp kept me watching to where I did actually finish the two seasons that are currently out. I'll probably keep watching if they make more.
