Got a scene from an old movie in my head but can't name it. This is what I know:
- it's about some young men tired of the gangs in the neighborhood so they form a guardian angel type gang to help out.
- they wear t-shirts with a fist punching an open palm.
- one scene has them spread out in subway cars, one gets into trouble and they end up in a stand off with the "bad" gang.
- set in either new york or LA

Please help. i googled all kinds of ways and still can't get it...

Driving Mrs. Daisy?

Seriously, did it have Charles Bronson in it? I kind of remember a movie like that with him in it.

no i netflixed the warriors. that's about a gang trying to get back home to their own turf. this is about some regular people forming a gang to stop a gang. kinda like the guardian angels... i'm still searching. i'll get it eventually.

not it either but thanks. the key is the shirts. they all wear the t-shirts once the group is formed.

Brotherhood of justice?

quote:

The Brotherhood of Justice (1986)

A group of high school students, led by a rich boy Derek, is sick of shool violence and decides to become underground vigilantes named "Brotherhood of Justice". It starts with the idea "watching people", but things quickly get out of control. "Brotherhood of Justice" turns out another gang of violence. Derek wants to stop it but it is too late, so he takes responsibility for it and gives himself to the law.

well you know how it is when the family members who have been drinking all day decide they won't leave until they guess EVERY SINGLE movie ever made no matter how far off it is. I mean the little rascals were considered a "gang" but not really.
but you were right. fighting back. thanks...
