HBOGO for cox not working?

Trying to login to cox website through hbogo and it tells me I don't have HBO. Clearly I do, so when I call the number for help, it's busy. Anyone else running into this problem?

go to the HBOgo website....click cable provider...redirects to cox page...login with cox credintials...has to be the master account btw....it redirects you back to hbogo logged in

My login has never changed. This is bullshite.
