HBO Go on Xbox one

I know this isn't a question related to an actual tv show or movie but I was just curious to see if anyone has ever had trouble watching HBO Go on their Xbox one? Mine will not work for whatever reason. Any recommendations to fix it will be greatly appreciated.

mine hasn't worked in a few months. the only solution i have found is to keep pressing play a few times after that error message comes up, and then one of the times it should "catch" and you can watch.

Your HBO go subscription comes thru your cable provider correct? Contact them and give them the error code you are receiving.

1. Hard reset console. Hold power for 10 secs, then let sit for 20 secs

Mine fricks up ALL the time on XB1. Most of the time whatever I want to watch won't load and it gives me an error message. So much so that any time I watch HBOgo I just watch it on my 360.

Same for me. I've just given up on my Xbox One and only try on my 360 now.
