I suspect they will film at least two versions of the final episode.
The problem is that they will only be able to work with the lay of the land as it stands at the end of the penultimate episode, and there will almost certainly be leaks about those.
The only real way to keep the leaks to a minimum is to make every effort to film completely out of sequence, with multiple potential scenes, so that the puzzle pieces could be arranges as the directors/producers ultimately wish. Talk about an expensive PITA undertaking.

That's a possibility, but that is also Emergency Awesome's theory that he bizarrely pulled straight out of his arse, like saying that Jon doesn't have a heartbeat, which would be an issue with having a child since he quite literally couldn't get an erection without a pulse.
