Have you ever noticed if Netflix incorrectly labeled/numbered seasons/episodes?

...of any show? If so, give an example. Is this Netflix's fault or the studio's fault?

I was walking down memory lane tonight. I watched the first two episodes of Reading Rainbow. The first episode listed as 1983 showcased a book released in 1985. The second episode is actually from 2005 (per Wicki). Lavar went from 80s young adult fashion to gray hairs and a teenage daughter in the span of two episodes. Why are all the episodes in season one not actually from season one?

Yes, they did this with Firefly. I didn't find out until after I finished them

Did Fox design the show as if the plot was constantly out of chronological order?

Sadly...I have only seen the first episode.

To this day I would like to know WTF they were thinking.

That would be like HBO deciding to show Game of Thrones out of order.

I believe it's Netflix's policy to arrange episodes by chronological/production order and not the original broadcast order

I just started a re-watch of BMS. I noticed the episode where Thad gets a finger up his arse played before the episode where they introduce Radon and explain where Shiloh left. I think those two are backwards.

Back when they had Reno 911, I seem to recall they were all the heck out of order.

That wouldn't make sense in the case of Reading Rainbow.
