I haven't watched it since I've read that the producers intentionally skewed their series to make him look innocent. What you watched is a piece of propaganda. Don't buy into that shite.

Although the Prosecution and cops look like total scumbags, you have to remember that this series actually started as a deposition tape For the defense and is completely slanted towards their side. The documentary makers (who were paid by the defense) even hinted at points that the woman's brother was the actual killer...crazy.
This series successfully swayed public opinion that he was set up and not guilty but Talk to any Lawyer and they will tell you he was clearly guilty. There were many parts that were glossed over that were huge victories for the prosecutions arguments.

Exactly. It's a piece of propaganda that has unfortunately worked. Bernie is the same thing. I almost fell for it, but I took the time to research it afterwards and learned the truth. Now I hate that piece of shite movie

Basically they tried to get another Paradise Lost thing going except for in the case of the West Memphis Three, they were clearly railroaded and were innocent.

I'm not doing your homework for you. I don't know if they really did it or not.
What I DO know is that this series is a piece of propaganda and you have fallen for it. My point is before you start banging drums that they are innocent, do some thorough research on the actual trial.

I don't know for sure if he did or not. I'm just pointing out that TWM3 were clearly innocent and were without a doubt railroaded by an inept police department and judge. It seems that this series was attempting to get the same reaction from the public for this guy that Paradise Lost got for TWM3. I'm just not sure if this case was as clear as theirs was.

A Muslim walking into a gay nightclub shooting up the place. They then start blaming guns entirely as if the guns walked there by themselves, and blindly took up for Muslims over Gays. I think since 9/11, nothing has pissed me off more than this.
