Pre-released to select theatres in Dec. Full release was Friday. Only place Ive found it was at in NOLA at Clearview and 2 others I think. Check IMDB again for the theatres. Didnt see it anywhere in BR or Lafayette.

Saw it yesterday. I sat with my wife in a theatre with 4 other people. It is not a movie that will appeal to the average movie goer but will be appreciated by those who like movies with historical content. Andrew Garfield have an Oscar worthy performance and was in almost every scene of the movie. The story really centered around his characters struggles and faith throughout. It will not be a big box office draw as word spreads of its length and lack of the simple action scenes that entice most movie goers. It just fits well for being the type of story and drama that I really like in a movie but my wife hates it. And honestly, I would not recommend to any friends unless I know they are into deep movies that center mostly on the human condition when under adverse conditions. It would be like telling them that Hotel Rwanda is a must see when I know damn well it's not a style of movie they would like.

Saw it today. Good movie, but not great. Definitely thought-provoking.

Only one other person in the theater. Sad.
