Halloween movie set in New Orleans - SOLVED - Night of the Demons (2009)

I saw this movie at least 10 years ago, seemed like a kinda crappy mid 00's movie.
Set in New Orleans, there was a Halloween party with college aged kids at an old house seemed like it was off St Charles Avenue. Kids start dying off, I think there was a killer, or maybe the house was haunted. frick I don't know. What the hell is it?
It's definitely not Caddyshack 2, not as scary

Idk but check out The Beyond 1981 if you want the definitive New Orleans horror movie
