GoT books/ show question

so i just finished book 1 of ASOIAF, and want to start season 1 of the show. i understand that they line up pretty much, but want to make sure there are no spoilers for book 2.
are any lines/scenes from book 2 in season 1 of the show for some reason? any foreshadowing? should i stop before the last episode or do the book and show match up?

I think you'll be okay. It lines up closer than any other season. Future seasons have things from later books, and season 5 was basically books 4 and 5 in one season.

You should be good, I can't think of anything ahead of book 1 in season 1. They are mainly leaving stuff out until season 4 of the show, at that point certain plotlines start to get ahead of the books on the same plotlines.

Maybe. Season 2 has something from book 4, and as the seasons progress, they get more and more away from the book material.
