Watched In Bruges with a few friends. I had watched it before and recommended it since I remember liking it alot...... Wasn't a crowd pleaser. Anyway, what are some other movies like this? Good alone, bad for company.

This and The Big Lebowski.

Requiem for a Dream is decent if you're watching with someone for the first time.

The Big Lebowski is alright with company if said company has seen the movie and likes it

Any potential hit movie that I haven't seen but my company has seen. I seriously almost punched someone for giving away a spoiler one time. I can't even stand sitting there and someone saying "what this! watch this part, it's funny! etc. Like I'm sitting there not watching it or something.

My mother-in-law is bad about talking during movies. If it is one she has already seen, forget about enjoying it.

I HAAAAAATE this. I'm a frickin adult, if something is funny I will react accordingly, you don't have to alert me that something funny is about to happen. That actually makes it less funny.

Blue is the Warmest Color can get a little awkward when you have a group watching.

It is pretty good about shutting up the talk during the movie types though.

Crash with James Spader and Holly Hunter. Would not recommend watching this with the folks.

I recommended American Psycho to watch with a few people. They didn't pick up on any of the humor AT ALL. Felt very awkward.
