This is one of my favorite McQueen movies.

I can cook a fantastic filet and have been saving a delicious cabernet for a special occasion. Will take it to the restroom on the I10 LA/MS border.

I'm going to rub a few out before I leave so I can last longer.

I'm not judgemental. I will be happy so long as you are happy.

11:14 is another one I just thought of. Maybe a bit more popular than the others, but I haven't seen it talked about on here before.

I DVR'd that one a while back and watched it this weekend. Good flick. Strange guy.

I'm usually pretty understanding with budget issues, but that "casino" he would frequent was so shitty that it took me out of the movie a bit. Still enjoyed the shite out of it. Plus Minnie Driver was an underrated 90's hottie.

Lord of Illusions Underrated horror movie from Clive Barker. I watched this again a few months ago and it holds up well.

Loved Cheap Thrills, thanks

Extraterrestrial - Good over the top B movie, felt like Cabin in the Woods

Dead Man Shoes - Great revenge flick. First glimpse I got of Paddy Considine

Human Traffic - Great movie to watch on drugs (preferably shrooms or acid)

Not sure how obscure those are. I have heard of most of the ones in the OP FWIW.

I am not a movie nut or anything but I am pretty up on pop culture, way more than your average person for sure, and have never heard of any of those so I am saying its legit.

ETA: I just remembered I did try to watch Mary and Max because of this board but it was horrible!

Starred Up

I made a post a while back about it and got no replies. Awesome prison flick. I think RT has it in the high 90%. Surprised I haven't heard anything about it here. Maybe because it's an English movie.

Starred Up

Everyone in this thread who hasn't seen Cheap Thrills should do that right now. Awesome, dark movie.

Then watch Stretch

Here's one from 1979....The Silent Partner with Elliot Gould and Christopher Plummer. Bank heist, sex and a kickass decapitation scene.

On my watchlist already. Will make it a priority. Reminds me of another foreign prison movie (was foreign language) that got TONS of praise and let me down a bit. Don't remember the name, but that's why I kind of put it off.

ETA: Just looked it up. "A Prophet" is what I was thinking of. Good movie, but nothing great.

I saw Stretch. It wasn't anything special. I've seen other movies just like it.

I started a thread on that one as well. It's not a great movie, but it's definitely enjoyable enough to spend 90 minutes watching. Chris Pine was awesome.

It's a good transition movie to cleanse yourself from Cheap Thrills. They pair well together

It was a 7 Pyschopaths/Smoking Aces hybrid to me, but along the lines of Very Bad Things I guess (been a while since I've seen that one)

It's on Amazon still I believe. Better to go in blind for that movie IMO
