When this was announced, I was kind of excited for it. But the more I've seen about it the less I'm inclined to watch it.
The Boys itself has gotten to be a bit of a chore already.

So nothing different about regular high end college? THere has to be a hook other then "college kids doing college things."
If the boys was all about straight lace heroes and Gen V was about sex drugs alchohol and party then yes I can see it. HOwever, The Boys is hedonist and it kind of expected for them to go through their college phase immoral and sexually charged as hell.

From rotten tomatoes. It's at 96% sounds like it's right on par with the boys. I finished the first episode it was pretty good.

I made it 1.5 episodes. I love the Boys but this is sad woke charlatanism. I did have some LOL moments but it's mostly check boxes and pass on a plot.

When they deviated from the comics in season 1, I knew it wasn't worth continuing with the Boys. This spinoff only solidifies that decision in my mind.

I can’t even tell what the frick this is.
Who is this meant for? I thought the TB demo was like age 25+ but this almost seems geared toward HS-post grad, which kinda makes thing weird (as far as the younger end of that range) knowing how graphically the sex and stuff is on the show.
I mean, it’s pretty interesting at the least.
