Jon organizes the defense of the North; Cersei tries to even the odds; Daenerys comes home.

It's time.

It's been over a year since we last saw a new episode.

I've done my 6th re-watch.

Let's get it on.

The no book readers thing is almost pointless at this time since we are pretty much all hodors now

Started my re-watch late, but I'm not doing shite this week. Hopefully I can burn through seasons 4-6

Frick time has flown. Told myself I wouldn't read threads this time around so I can be blindsided by every twist I don't see coming...yet here I am a week early

Using the term Hodor kind of isn't funny anymore.

Your 6th rewatch? Wow. I'm not criticizing you, I'm just impressed by the dedication .I would guess that I miss 50% of the details just watching it once and rewinding key scenes. I'm an extreme Hodor. I figure I'll rewatch it in retirement or something.

I've been intentionally ignoring GoT talk and dates so that I wouldn't be dreading that the season was taking so long to get here. So in a way, it's almost a surprise that it is this week. So that is kinda cool.

I may rewatch S6, or at least the last half of it, in order to remember where each storyline is at this point.

I did my rewatch way too early thinking the start date was in June, not July. I forgot a decent amount of stuff from the early seasons. 5 still sucks.

This. All of the story threads on the show are farther along that those in the books. We're all holding that door now.

So you'd be cool with people using book info to create theories on here?

I also agree that the book reader/non book reader division is really a distinction without a difference now.

It would probably be more appropriate to do spoiler/non spoiler as I understand that there are some extremely heavy spoilers out there that I've managed to mostly avoid. But they're not spoilers from reading the books.

But, I'll comply with whatever to subject of the thread says, so I'll stay out of this one.
