Yep. Every story that will ever be has already and will forever be retold. Frozen just tells its story exceptionally well.

Except is wasn't that, the act of true love that saved Anna was her sacrificing herself to save Elsa even after all that went down.

The true loves kiss in frozen was just a red herring.

Not really. If you've seen one you've seen them all.

"I could blatantly see that the homosexual agenda, to normalize the practice, was not simply an underlying message in the movie 'Frozen,' but is the actual story," she wrote at the time. WTF? Where in that movie was there anything homosexual?

I am confused as hell.

And a shite ton of movies conform to Campbell's Monomyth theory. Doesn't mean LoTR, Star Wars, Hook, Men In Black, etc etc etc are all the same movie
I was mainly talking about what I call the Princess animated movies. There is no doubt that the formula works. People will continue to go.

I didn't think this about Frozen but Sophia has me very suspicious. That Blue Ribbon Bunny has his eye on that little princess gooch. I just know it.

Not too mention how flaming that butler guy is.

Whatever. It's still "true love" conquers all. I guess after watching so many Disney films from since I was a child, with my children and now grandson they all kind of become the same movie.

I thought I was fricking cynical.

I had to dig to find it, but finally found the source. According to that analysis, Elsa parallels a gay person growing up being forced to hide their true self until they finally "let it go" and start finger-banging and scissoring other chicks. Blah Blah. BTW, is she the only princess to not have a love interest? I don't recall any others.

Problem is, you could point to many character traits and say the same thing (aside from the finger-banging and scissoring).

Dafuq?

On a scale of 1-10 on my That-Is-Dumb-As-frick-O-Meter, that is a 15.

There was Merida from Brave.

You know, those people must think about gays all the damn time to come up with something like this. Probably latent homosexual tendencies or something.

That's because people wouldn't LISTEN.

I swear that movie should have been called that.

I wouldn't call it cynical. Just bored. Thank God Frozen was in 3-D. That kept me interested for most of the movie.

Definitely the weakest of the recent Disney movies.

Yeah that's kinda like, if you had to work that hard to "see" that something's very wrong with you because it certainly was not anything even remotely implied in the movie.

Having a 3 year old daughter I am forced to watch every girly movie and show from Disney, and I have to say that Frozen is one that I could bear to watch 4,567 times. I wish that Sophia bitch would die though.
