My only concern with Netflix is a price increase.

If I had my pic I would like more fantasy/sci-fi, but no complaints.

I like movies more than shows, so if that $7 billion includes a healthy dose of original movies then good.

frick that give me better movies

That's just not their business model anymore. They're convinced (mainly by their own, Amazon, Hulu and especially HBO's success) that original content is the future. I guess the good news is that maybe Hollywood will get more reasonable with their requests to stream movies, as their tentpole films are failing hard and putting them all in financial straits this year.

There seem to be 2 kinds of people in this world. People that found that portion of the show funny and people that found it so stupid they couldn't look the show in the eye anymore. Ritualistic gestures to unlock supernatural power has long been a part of scifi/fantasy. If they had added cool special effects you wouldn't have thought it was so stupid.

The facts just don't support this opinion. I mean I know opinions are like assholes...but the thing is most people's on this subject is the exact opposite of yours. Which probably, and rightly so, matters 0 to you.
