The Venice Beach setting really is the main character, but everybody does a great job. Funny, yet poignant. Excellent semi-low fi production and cinematography and great soundtrack. Glad it got renewed.

I like it as well. I finished season 2 the first day it came out.

There is a lot they could do with it and I hope it continues..

Here's what I like best about the show ...

Ruth Kearney. She has some amazing legs.

Cooler rocks.

He just showed up at Alex's house as a plumber. Funny stuff. He was funny as hell in Crashing on HBO.

Nice timing on this thread. I was just thinking about this show the other day and wondering when season 2 was coming out.

Loved season 1.

Yeah he was probably my favorite part of crashing. Dude's just a naturally funny character. George Basil.

Yep. Watch Season 2 start to finish. Little dip to me compared to Season 1, but still incredibly entertaining, funny, and endearing. Would love to have a beer with each of those characters - wait bad idea - a free coffee would be better

I'd never heard of it but Will Arnett was on Jimmy Fallon last night. He described it as just a show about real life, not a comedy and not a drama. That seemed to perfectly sum up the clip they showed of a guy trying to fit a couch in the trunk of his car I'm gonna give it a watch

Late bump but I watched this show based on the recommendation. I finished season 2 last night and I enjoyed it as a once through but not enough to rewatch. I really like Will Arnet playing sad sack characters so I enjoyed that part. It had an interesting story and talented supporting actors. I didn't find it laugh out loud funny but it was amusing. Overall a decent show and I will probably watch season 3 if they do one.

I'm almost though season 2. London just left Chip to go home. Has Dennis been drinking this whole time too? He shows up at the bar and orders a "usual". Just made me wonder if any of them are really alcoholics or just using it as a social experiment.

I love this show. Every night I have a beer and watch at least one episode. Very satisfying. It's not the funniest or the best story or anything and ive never even liked Will Arnett. But I enjoy the shite out of it. Cooler is great.
