the relationship between him and Anne was always so awkward. It was like they were step brother/sister that grew up together and then started banging when they were in their 30s.

Li'l Sebastian was the favorite character of all Pawnee characters...so by default, he was my favorite character.

I don't think he murdered her. He just encouraged her to take Xanax on top of Adderall and fentanyl and then she died of an overdose.
