When Dwight sets the office on fire. Everybody rushing to get out was hilarious, as was the scene with the CPR dummy instructor

THIS. It was hilarious when he cut the dummy's face off and was wearing it.

Hands down, my favorite episode is the Product Recall episode. From Jim coming in as Dwight to Jim and Andy going to the high school (God beer me strength). Dwight's explanation of the watermark being pretty accurate to real life was also a highlight. What say you?

+100000000

Creed, my favorite fringe character, is hilarious in this one.

shite ton of awesome quotes in this one:

"Question: what kind of bear is best?"
"Bears eat beets. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Gallactica."
"Identity theft is not a joke, Jim! Millions of families suffer every year!"
"Every week I'm supposed to make a quality assurance check at the mill, and of course, the one year I blow it off..."
"The only difference between me and a homeless man, is this job. I will do whatever it takes to survive, like I did when I was a homeless man."
"Check out this sunshine, man. Global warming, right? I bet today was supposed to be really cold."
"I like saying, 'beer me,' gets a laugh like...a quarter of the time."
"Why's my girlfriend here?" "Is she the teacher in the white?" "No, she's a part-time frozen yogurt chef."
"The first rule of roadside beet sales...put the best ones on top. The ones that make you pull the car over saying, 'wow, I really need this beet."

Yeah, that's probably the best. I didn't put it down because he quoted it in the OP.

I can't remember what episode it was, but when Michael kissed Oscar to show that you should accept gay people I laughed about as hard as I have ever laughed at the television.

The Injury
Jim: "I want to clamp Michael's face in a George Forman grill" and Dwight's concussion.
