Also really like the one where Opie tells Andy and Barney the story of his friend who walks in the trees, blows smoke out of his ears, and jingles when he walks. Sometimes Opie was a lot smarter than Andy.

Andy and Barney open the door to the courthouse and Ernest is standing there and he says
"How do you do, to you and you? It's me, it's me Ernest T."
My favorite is the pack of dogs and Barney has taken them to the outskirts of town and just dropped them off and it starts thundering and lightning and Opie starts worrying about the dogs and he asks Barney if they could get hit by the lightning and Barney tells him no, if they were giraffes, then he might have to worry about it because giraffes are tall, but since the dogs are shorter he didn't have to worry about it
