I have HBO which is why I'm confused as to what happened to the series. One night I can watch seasons 6-8 then the next they are gone???

HBO Go has a lot of them, as does Amazon Prime. As Entourage still had enough of a fanbase to produce a movie, they did not allow Prime to stream it.
