Dumb question about HBO

So....with my cable package I get HBO-W. I assume that means HBO west coast since the program is staggered a few hour behind. Do people on the West coast get HBO-E?

Even dumber answer:
When I first found out about "HBO-West" I thought it was an HBO channel dedicated to Westerns. I was PUMPED!
