Tuning in, but I don't even remember what the cliffhanger was from last season's finale.

My husband won't watch so I have to wait until next fri but I'm stoked!

pretty over Thomas plot lines

I was having a hard time staying focused and lost interest in the episode about halfway through.

Because Matthew drove his car over the cliff

Everything should have ended

Did anyone watch the 1-hour special that played after the episode?

It was a show featuring one of the historian that works on set making sure that all of the gestures, manners, etc., are appropriate for the time.

Fascinating view into what was appropriate for manners, clothing, dining, dating etiquette. Explains a lot of very subtle things on the show--would've been useful as a primer after the first episode of season 1!
