My wife has been wanting to see this....hopefully I can use this to get out of it.
Not because corny PG movies about dogs can't be very good, but I don't want to see dogs die over an over again.

Anyone who has a dog that needs a bath has been through this.

The jumping in was a bad visual, I could get past that, but the part at the end where the dog goes straight underwater shows me that dog was not prepared for that scene at all and they didn't do a good job protecting the dog during filming

Yeah, frick this movie. I get throwing the dog in the water if you know it'll be fine and can swim. shite, I've jumped in the pool with my dog a time or two.
But that dog immediately got sucked under and had to be rescued. That is really fricked up.

I suppose in this instance, the filming group decided a dogs purpose is to be thrown into water

If I've understood the previews correctly, it's told through the eyes of one dogs who dies and comes back to life continually in different dog species affecting the lives of different people.

And in one case, one of the lives is the original owner 45 years later.

Was looking forward to bringing the kids to see this with my mom. Now, not so much.

It will make it to theaters but I bet it won't do as well now. A lot of people are pissed about it.

1) frick this movie. Anyone that would do that to a dog can burn.
2) if you were excited to see a movie about a dog dying over and over again you're fricked in the head

This might be the biggest collection of pussies I've ever seen in one thread. ETA: might be the least disturbing video I've ever seen.
