Dish Network, where did my HD channels go?

Yesterday, I was scrolling through my guide and noticed that most of my channels are no longer in HD. Channels like AMC, FX, tbs, USA, ESPN, TNT, and many more. I will be calling them after work today, but just wanted to check to see if anyone else has this issue.
For the record, I have the Hopper and "HD free for life" on my programming.
