Did Dottie Hinson drop the ball on purpose?

It's been almost 25 years and I still don't know. Did she want Kit to finally have her time to shine? She'd never committed an error up to that point. I finally need to get some closure on this. What say you?

Yes. She was 10 times the athlete and twice as big. She knew if she held on, her sis would always hold a grudge.

There're some on this board who ignore all the details leading up to the event that clearly show Dottie wanting to win at every step of the way.

They will tell you that the story only makes sense if Dottie drops it on purpose. I call that a self fulfilling prophecy. They see what they want to see.
