I have to admit Josh Brolin has grown on me...
and interesting that Josh dad did the original Amittyville Horror and Reynolds did the remake...same role

I bumped into the guy at a convention, he had some general questions about the area. He seemed nice enough. No horns, no flaming eyes. I've met a few creators who instantly came across as being dicks. He wasn't one of them.
