Neil Gaiman helped create it
Comes out April 25th
I'm not 100$ sure, but it MIGHT be linked to Doom Patrol (I've only done some scouring on the actors to see if I knew any of them and watched the trailer, and Ruth Connell played a character listed as "Night Nurse" in an episode of Doom Patrol and is in 7 episodes of this).

I’ll watch anything with Gaiman involved and it’s tied to the Sandman universe.

He said that they used Doom Patrol as a "soft pilot"/intro for this one.
