Robin is forced to join the young super team and soon has to help lead them in a fight against the mighty Justice League after they are possessed by the demon Trigon.

Looks to be another good and interesting movie in the DC animated universe.

Release date is April 12.

Read a Variety review of this that basically says it's garbage. Much worse than previous animated DC films. Which sucks.

That is unfortunate. I'll probably still get it.

The character design looks like absolute dogshit.

Blue Beetle and Nightwing designs look straight out of Young Justice

How is Cyborg a Teen Titan where, in this new animated universe, he's a founding member of the Justice League?

The designs of Raven and Cori look TERRIBLE.

I guess they all can't be masterpieces, and I had not heard of this one until yesterday.

Their large scale ones are still amazing.

The Killing Joke will be top notch.

Watched Batman vs Robin over the weekend and Ho. Lee. Chit.

Really well done. Felt a little rushed, but that could be because I could have spent another hour easily on The Court of Owls.

Great atmosphere and the characters seemed very true to their comic counterparts.

The digital version is out today and I need to find one outlet that has subtitles for it as I'm deaf and listening even with my cochlear implant is such a crapshoot.

Playstation store doesn't have them, dunno about Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Anyone?

I would love to stream it to my TV btw instead of being forced to watch it on my macbook.

I just came across The Son of Batman the other day and fully enjoyed it.

What is the timeline/other movies in this series(is that the right wording?) of this storyline.

Pretty new at the animated movies so not exactly sure how they all go together 100%

Batman vs Robin immediately follows Son of Batman and Batman:Bad Blood is next.

As far as the Batman family storylines, you have these:

Son of Batman
Batman vs Robin
Batman: Bad Blood

I'm not sure where the movie I posted in the OP ties in to the larger DC animated universe. It may just be a standalone.

You also have the new JL run.

JL: War
JL: Throne of Atlantis
JL: Gods and Monsters (alternate reality standalone movie)

War and Gods and Monsters are really good.

Throne of Atlantis was alright.

Since it has Damian being placed in the Teen Titans, I'm guessing it will at least tie into the Batman family series of movies. But since Cyborg looks like the same Cyborg from the New 52 Justice League movies (he's a teen in them), I betting it will probably tie in with them as well. And I can't wait.

All of the Batman family and New 52 Justice League movies have been awesome, so I would be shocked if this one isn't good also. The DC animated movies are being released on Netflix now. I just watched Son of Batman and Justice league: War on Netflix this past weekend. Hopefully if enough people watch the DC animated movies on Netflix it will push Netflix to go ahead with the new season of Young Justice.

Just finished Batman vs Robin. Will watch Bad Blood prolly tomorrow. I really enjoy the character design of Batman. Think he looks near perfect while wearing the cowl.

Also I watch JL War the other day thought it was pretty good.

I have trouble taking any voice actor playing Batman not named Kevin Conroy seriously.

Jason O'Mara isn't too bad. He's no Conroy, but he isn't bad.

I'm confused. Are you confused at what I'm saying or do you think I am saying the other animated films suck? Because I'm not saying that
