The CW is already planning a major cross-over event with all four shows:

Smallville was my favorite show for 10 years, but I think Arrow and Flash are just as good. I am not a fan of LOT or Supergirl.

If Supergirl gets to keep J'Onn J'Onnz it's a huge win for CW.

If they can make it work and stay under budget (the battle cry of the CW shows) then this is brilliant for them. Lets not kids ourselves, while the quality may fluctuate quite a bit right now the DC properties are a major cash cow for CW.

Hell what their big budget movies have failed to deliver the DC lesser properties on the small screen have.

In the Silver Age, DC did a push to make Martian Manhunter and Green Arrow a sort of Superman/Batman secondary team. The concept never took off, but it'll be nice to see those two side by side on TV.

Any truth to the rumor that Legends of Tomorrow has an entirely new team for season 2, along the "Justice League Dark" fabric? (also a rumor that Matt Ryan's John Constantine will lead them)

I haven't heard that one in a long while. Now they're talking like they're staying with the first group with the exception of Cold and Heatwave. (And they're looking for a way to work Jonah Hex back in somewhere.)

The Hawks and Snart will be recurring guest stars, everyone else will be back. It looks like they may pick up Bumblebee as a Legend.

All of these shows have its title character in full glory as their Superhero persona, Smallville was just a 10 year long dicktease playing with the tip for a grand total of 3 minutes of CGI shots of Superman that you couldn't even see clearly.

Smallville was a good show and it had a hell of a Clark Kent and the GOAT Lois Lane that will never be topped but it was not a superhero show in the purest sense.

And I'm a Superman fanboy.

You're really missing out.

LOT and Supergirl are very pleasant surprises and have had very strong second halves of its first season with Supergirl having the stronger 2nd half.

I haven't watched the LOT finale yet but I'm confident in that opinion.

I thought it was cool that Capt Cold is signed on to be a series regular across the entire universe instead of just 1 show.

Here's a cool easter egg. LOT just introduced Jesse Quick's husband.

I they're bringing in the Justice Society, they might be able to pull in Spectre from the Constantine series. Especially if they are bringing Constantine himself in.

I hope they do something more with Jonah Hex, that was probably my favorite episode.

I saw that Hawkgirl will not be a regular. They are looking to cast one male and one female regular right now though.

That was my biggest regret when we lost that series. They never got around to making Corrigan the Spectre.
