Pretty sure they recorded here in Vegas. Nevada you don't need 2nd party consent. Or at least you didn't during that time.

My favorite Niles call was when he called up a department store pissed off when one of the employees refused to eat a used tissue when he requested it.

My favorites were when Special Ed called the record store, Spoon Luv ordered flowers and placed a personal ad, and when The Truth called the shoe store

The one where Wanda Sykes called the car place and said there was a turd in the backseat was hilarious as well
