So how will we be able to watch this? Where do "Yahoo" shows air? Do they have a streaming service, or will it be on one of the big ones like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc..?

Yahoo Screen which is its own app on streaming devices like Roku but I think you can watch online.

I just tried 3 articles trying to get that answer when searching about community. It's possible that I glossed over it, but nothing really answered the question.

I haven't tried it on other devices but I really hope they change the UI for the computer version.
