Last show September 25.
Who in the hell can replace him? He did a great job replacing another legend, Charles Kuralt.
Who has that same type of demeanor and gravitas? Most people are just arse clowns these days.
Garrison Keillor would be a good choice, but he's old as dirt too.

Charlie Rose maybe? He's already on CBS, though also old and maybe too tied to the studio.

CBS Sunday Morning is great. You get some obscure stories that you won't see elsewhere, current events, and good profiles of actors, politicians, athletes, etc.
Charles Osgood is the perfect host for the show. I hope they don't go away from the formula that makes the show great.

That's a bummer. I know he had knees replacement this summer
