Started it yesterday and will finish this week.

I started the Harley Davidson too and forgot to record it before I had to leave the house.

It was good, but a little repetitive. Didn't know the Dodge Brothers quit Ford, started Dodge, and then both died of the Spanish Flu. BTW, Lee Iacoccoa is still kicking.

Very sad ...no idea that happened as well.Paved the way for Walter Chrysler to buy Dodge from the banks.

Henry Ford was portrayed as real prick especially in his older years.Treated his son Edsel like dirt.

Not sure but he did do some pretty bizarre things after his fame and fortune was acquired

Hired a bared knuckle fighter off the streets to essentially be his right hand man and his rubber plantation fiasco in Brazil are a couple of the stranger examples.

Isn't that kind of the way bosses kept employees in line back than though?

If it isn't legit, we've been lied to for the past half century. Ford's assholishness has been pretty common knowledge.

Ford was the Microsoft/Google of the day back in the 20's and not only was the guy he hired in charge of security he was also essentailly a VP who became one of Fords most trusted advisor and Harry Bennett had absolutely no experience in the auto industry. Ford actually wanted Bennett to be the company's CEO after Edsel Ford died but his wife couldn't stand him.As soon as Henry Ford II became CEO he fired the guy.
