Can’t think of the name of this movie

It has been mentioned on here a few years ago so I know some of you degenerates know it.
It has a scene where a couple are having sex and the man turns into some type of beast mid coitus.
Would have probably been late 80s to early 90s.

It would be considered a horror movie. Set in a castle I think. That’s really the only scene I remember as a 12 year old, ha.

I saw a woman (baby sitter or mother, don't know) take kids about that age to see the South Park movie. Seriously, they weren't 'young teenagers', I'm betting one was no older than 7.
