Def Gus' car.
Gus will be a huge player this season, from behind the curtain. I think they save the reveal of Gincarlo until the finale.
They still have Hector and Tuco to fill in the cameos until then. Also a lot to explore with Nacho

Yes, and Jimmy getting majorly f'd over by his brother at the end of the last season was big for the move to Saul.
