I hated BvS first go around but can't help but be excited about the JL movie.
Is the extended edition of BvS enough to salvage the film?

I didn't hate BVS for what it was missing. I hated it for the stupidity it contained.

If you liked BvS you'll enjoy the Extended Cut.
If not, there's no big revelations.
It's not like the Watchmen Director's Cut, which was a huge improvement. Or the Rogue Cut of Days of Future Past, which changed the plot of the movie.
