Quite a bit of what you've theorized can't happen if the cold opening they showed at ComicCon is the first episode and not a flash forward from the finale.
1) Heisenberg is spray painted in his house. His identity as Heisenberg at that point is known to the public. It didn't say if the tape is contstruction/city condemned structure tape or police tape that has blocked off a scene of a crime.
2) Madrigal is Walt's distribution and shipping avenue. That relationship is basically Lydia and Walt, not Madrigal and Walt. They're just using Madrigal's capabilities and massive operation as cover opportunities.
3) I think Jessie already knows Walt killed Mike. If he sees the news of another murder in ABQ, and see's it's Mike. Walt is the only logical conclusion, and I believe that is the reason Jessie was so freaked out when Walt showed up with his cut a couple months later after Jessie walked away.
