Yes,it was very disappointing. I fell asleep in the movie theatre. I was told you have to be high in order to enjoy this movie.

It was pretty terrible. Characters had no depth, it starts "in media res" but they don't really let you know what's going on anyway, Depp is starting to play basically the same character in every movie, and the story was extremely bland for a sort of adaptation.

Also, since minor characters were getting bigger roles for no apparent reason, the March Hare should have seen more screen time.

Saying it sucked is a little harsh, it definitely could have been better but it wasn't terrible

***SPOILERS***

I did think the Johnny Depp dance at the end that was being built up was totally rediculous and awkward, really hard to watch that part.

There was nothing wrong with it. Exactly what I expected it to be.

It is ALICE IN WONDERLAND after all. Have any of you read the tale or seen the Disney adaptation?

It was supposed to be completely and utterly ridiculous. I actually thought it was a better Tim Burton film considering his work the past decade.

It was as good as a Disney adeptation of a gory book writen by a guy on LSD could have been. There's no way they could stay true to the book and market it for kids.

I do not think it 'sucked' but it was not a very impressive movie.

The version that Syfy did earlier this year, LINK /, was a much better movie.

It wasn't terrible. It just felt like Tim Burton's made this same movie before.
