Don't Breath is an original concept with some genuine tense moments. Blair Witch takes no risks and "fixes" the problems with the first movie.

Haven't seen Blair Witch. Don't breathe was pretty good.

Don't Breathe
I actually liked Blair Witch and it creates an amazing atmosphere but relies way too heavily on jump scares and the movie has some dumb rules that kind of take away from it.

Don't Breathe. "Twist" was stupid but still a better movie than The Blair Witch.

I saw Don't Breathe yesterday. Was entertaining but there were some seriously cheesy scenes in the movie. So cheesy that I was laughing out loud. It's an original concept for the storyline, but they made sure to rip off concepts from other horror films at the same time.
After I left, I wished I would have chosen Blair Witch.
