No, that is not my logic. My logic is, that you have to at least win one to be in the conversation. But just because you won one doesn't mean you belong in the conversation.
By "conversation" I mean the top 5-7 range. After that, losers are fair game imo

I wouldn't put Rachel in this group. Rachel had to play 3 times before winning, and at that point it was clear the producers were giving her all the help she needed.

Paul still doesn't know how to manage a jury. He did the same damn thing he did last year.
On top of that, there's probably a DECENT shot he goes home if not for the immunity. He played the hand he was dealt extremely well, but his "I'm friends with everyone!" shtick screwed him over twice.
