Assuming Jessie is still nowhere around they have:
Skyler's testimony and she will be forced to testify if she made a deal.
Huell's testimony, but it's not clear what he told them other than the hiding of the money.
Marie's testimony, which may not be much. Hank didn't know about Saul until Jessie told him. Hank was killed right after that. Hank may have told Marie but they would have talked more about Walt's part than Saul. So she may know very little about Saul's involvement.
His biggest problem is Skyler.

I'm hoping for the same thing. I'm thinking 2 more seasons to get all the pre-BB stuff wrapped up and a final 6th(and possibly 7th) season for current day Gene. If Saul meets Walt in the series finale with a gratuitous cameo by Cranston I'll feel a little empty inside after what we've seen.

It's more than a just a bank account. It is a loan out which is similar to a LLC. It must be maintained. Not likely he did that just for that check.

In luoisiana it would take about $50 and 3 hours of paperwork for an attorney to maintain online each year. Not too much, IYAM.
