The Crow is up there for me. Grosse Point Blank is a good one too.

Out of all the movie soundtracks in history, it feels strange to pick a recent movie, but the soundtrack to Sucker Punch was really good (and mentioned by several posters in a recent thread here reviewing the movie).

Easy Rider

Singles(anything with Muddy Waters, Coltrane, Hendrix & The Cult, on there with Smashing Pumpkins, Chuck D, R.E.M. and Pearl Jam is a good listen whether you love the movie or not)
