In real life, the actors who played Fred and Ethel absolutely loathed each other.
But that reminds me of another great episode where they buy chicks to raise. Fred's going on and on about how he was raised up in the country and then he doesn't know the first thing about chicken farming

Being a huge Marx brothers fan, I've always been partial to the episode that Harpo guest starred in. Him and Lucy re-creating the mirror scene was classic.
